• How do I download the item I purchased?

  Once your payment has cleared, you will be redirected to the download page. If you do not get automatically redirected, you can find it under your account page in the downloads section. You’ll also receive an email with a link usually within minutes.

• How do I install the presets/overlays?

  A document detailing the steps to install are included in the packs you purchase. This includes documents detailing how to use overlays if you purchased those.

• Do the presets/overlays/backdrops work on Mac/PC?

  Yes, all products listed on NUUGRAPHICS will work on both Mac and PC’s. This includes Lightroom presets, Photoshop overlays, digital backdrops, etc.

• What are the licenses I receive?

  You have both personal and commercial licenses with any product you purchase from us.

• Do you offer refunds?

  Due to the digital nature of our products, we only offer returns/refunds in these specific cases:

  
  

  • You did not yet download the files. (we can see this on the back end)
  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

  
  

  In these cases, you can contact us with a proof of purchase within 14 days to request a refund.

• How many times can I download the files I purchase?

  There is no limit. You can download your files as many times as you need.
